Teal Greyhavens is an independent filmmaker, writer, and cinephile.

Greyhavens co-directed five short films in high school and in 2003 won First Place at the Youth Visions Film & Video Festival. While studying Film and Religion at Whitman College, Greyhavens collaborated on six student films and directed two independent shorts, and in the spring of 2008 he co-directed the documentary short Awaken That Light, which was an Official Selection at the Eugene International Film Festival and now appears on IMDb.

In 2008, with the support of the Thomas J. Watson Foundation, Greyhavens set out to develop the international feature documentary Cinema is Everywhere, about the power of movies around the world. Visit www.cinemaiseverywhere.com for news and updates about this ongoing project.
